1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing crestauthority.com or any of its subdomains, or by purchasing a service from Crest Authority Inc. ("Crest Authority," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Crest Authority provides AI efficiency assessments and related consulting services for small and medium service businesses. Our primary offering, the AI Efficiency Assessment, includes:
- A one-time intake call to gather information about your business workflows and operations
- A custom written assessment delivered within 48 hours of the completed intake call
- A 30-minute private walkthrough session with our founder
- Specific automation opportunities ranked by projected revenue impact
- A 30/60/90-day implementation roadmap
Additional consulting and implementation services may be available separately. Terms for those engagements will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
3. Payment
Payment for the AI Efficiency Assessment is due at the time of purchase. All fees are listed in US dollars. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the stated amount. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; Crest Authority does not store full credit card numbers.
4. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your assessment, contact us within 7 days of receiving your report at support@crestauthority.com. We will review your concern and work to resolve it. Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. No Guarantee of Results
The assessment reflects our analysis and recommendations based on information you provide. We make no guarantee that implementing the recommendations will produce specific financial or operational results. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your implementation, team, market conditions, and the accuracy of information you share with us.
6. Your Responsibilities
To receive a useful assessment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business during the intake call
- Attend the intake call at the scheduled time or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice
- Use the assessment output for your own internal business purposes only
7. Intellectual Property
Your assessment report is prepared for your business and you may use it internally without restriction. You may not resell, republish, or distribute the report content to third parties without our prior written consent. All methodology, frameworks, and proprietary processes underlying the assessment remain the property of Crest Authority.
8. Confidentiality
We treat the business information you share with us as confidential. We will not disclose your business details to third parties except as necessary to deliver the service (see our Privacy Policy) or as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crest Authority's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "last updated" date above when changes are made.
